As a Counseling Psychologist, Life Coach, and Indian wisdom practitioner; most of my work revolves around helping people navigate change, anxiety, self-doubt, and emotional overwhelm.
In my TEDx talk, “The Courage to Stay: In Rhythm with Change,” I share a very personal journey of moving from a small city to Delhi and Mumbai, and how learning to stay with discomfort, instead of running from it, shaped who I am today.
I also bring in what I see every day in my therapy and coaching practice how young people, professionals, and women struggle with transitions, expectations, and the fear of “not being enough.”
